"We shared we were going to arrive at 1am and Anna provided details of how to enter, room number, WiFi... There are taxis to the local station at the cost of €25. Back to the accommodation, the room was large with a jacuzzi and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing, fresh cooked to order and filling. The credit goes to the hard working staff especially Ilaria, Clarissa and of course Anna. Don't tell anyone but this place is AMAZING. "

"Absolutely what you see is what you get. There’s free shuttle to go to Venice City proper & back to camping site and booked taxis from reception that’s cheaper than uber. Grocery store around compound and it’s just the same price what you get from city proper and a restaurant for food and drinks. £8 euros for kids and £12 euros for adult breakfast. "The architectural structure of the property is beautiful, along with the well maintained grounds and

area. My disappointment was with my room which was really small. I think it may have been servent quarters at some point. There was absolutely no amenities, no kettle, or iron, the only saving grace was the tiny fridge with water for 2 euro per bottle. A surcharge of 8 euro per day to use the

"This hotel is more like housing for athletes that are training at the sport center attached to the hotel. The hotel has excellent clay tennis courts, although they only let me use the hard courts as I was on my own and just practicing my serve. The place is very clean and relatively new. The breakfast is adequate, but not as overwhelming as some Italian hotels. The main drawback is you are in the middle of nowhere.
