"The hotel staff did what they had to do the bar staff not so glasses left on tables having to wait to be served even when the bar was pretty empty the rooms were clean and comfortable but for the cost lacked a fridge no tissues in the bathroom no fan as there was no air conditioning stay in better hotels in Chester for a lot less with much better vibes and atmosphere don’t feel I’d recommend this hotel to any friends"
