"Golf and spa great - hotel is just in need of some love. It’s just showing age and could do with a refresh of the rooms balconies and common areas. Spa, health’s club and golf are exceptional and every member of staff is polite and helpful just needs some TLC."

Told we could not have a latte or cappuccino as bar did not open until 10am. Cancelled our breakfasts for remainder of stay and went out to eat at Boscastle ..."
