"Staff was lovely and kind. Great location but we were so disappointed. Hotel isn’t properly represented from pictures. It’s old and run down. Beds and pillows were terrible- beds were hard and uncomfortable- to the point that we slept horribly and we were sore in the morning, pillows were small and felt like they were so so old. Bathroom floor had something brown and gross on it in the corner. We were barked at by multiple dogs in rooms while walking down the interior hallway. Would have stayed somewhere else but due to multiple events in the area everything else was sold out. "

"Room was not quite as clean as pictured. Breakfast limited options. One staff person at night; unable to get towels or hot water as she “wasn’t allowed to leave desk”. No worker should be alone and it felt very frustrating to be told we had to come back in the morning for necessaries. "
