"Really nice location, had a larger than expected room which was a result. Chose hotel based on reviews about views and being on the 3rd floor was impressive. Spent each evening out on the balcony enjoying the view. The hotel is i think mainly used by walkers/hikers, the surrounding area has many paths. Not far from the main street with its shop and a couple of bars/restaurants but the walk back up the hill will be a bit of a mission. We used the car. There is parking along the side of the hotel. Ingolf is the owner of the hotel, he is a friendly guy who trys to make your stay welcoming."

"Solo traveler with a dog. I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Check-in was excellent; quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The on-site parking was very convenient, and my room was good, well laid out, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I was consistently greeted with a smile, which made the hotel feel warm and inviting throughout my stay. Quit to help me when I locked myself out of my room twice. As a dog owner, I especially appreciated that pets are welcome in the bar area. The bar staff were excellent! Not only were they friendly, attentive, and professional to me but they were also incredibly kind to my dog. They made us feel welcome, which meant a great deal to me. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Titisee area. I would gladly stay here again"

"It's a Hilton, so a lot as can be expected, of good quality. However, some stains on carpets and on the walls in the hotel and stains on the chair in the room. That was not expected. Service was great, staff were friendly and the hotel is close to trams, which is great."
