"It was a nice surprise to visit at this hotel. Everything was in good condition and even breakfast was better than at Palm Hotel and Muong Than Than Ho hotel. "Personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme, men hotellet er ganske enkelt et forfærdeligt overnatningssted. Vi var afsted som en familie på 4 personer, som manglede et overnatningssted for en enkelt nat. Vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til 4 personer, men fik i stedet 2 almindelige værelser, selvom vi gentagne gange forsøgte at forklare dem at vi havde bestilt et VIP2 værelse til os alle 4. Værelser og badeværelser var dårligt vedligeholdte, beskidte og uhumske og på det ene værelse virkede...
