Got a great deal via Expedia for this hotel and it had an amazing view of the lake. I got breakfast as part of my booking and is the best combination because of the location it will be harder to get breakfast and enjoy it on site. The hotel also had free bike you can borrow with helmet. The hotel is less than 10 min away from the tram. Right across from the hotel you can enjoy water fountain to refill spring water and there is another one at the tram station. Breakfast options has a wide variety and really fresh. In the main lobby there is free Apple and they provide two bottles of water every day. Staff are very friendly in general and of course there is always the one off. Due to the heat wave I barely felt any AC but able to get two fan for my room. I had an amazing experience in this location and highly recommend.

No phones in room to call room service housekeeping etc, iron and ironing board in a shared location on first floor - bit weird tbh, no usual amenities in room like toothbrush etc, smart tv but no Netflix app… or anyway to mirror to the tv. Just a bit of an odd hotel but good location.
