Additionally, we were surprised that the room curtains did not close fully, leaving a 4 foot gap, which did not allow us to darken the room."

"The hotel is fabulous, though the degree to which it excels will (obviously) depend on the room type. We booked a double which was in the older part of the hotel, facing the internal courtyard. Not an issue, however, the floor seemed to incline towards the window and the bathroom meant there was only room for one. The roof terrace on the fourth floor is definitely worth a visit if you are not lucky enough to have a room with a view. However, the staff excelled from the front desk to restaurant staff. One in particular deserves mention - Eric. He was extremely polite, attentive and professional during all the breakfasts we had. A definite GoTo for our return."

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my working needs (had to work from the hotel unexpectedly) . The location, facilities and connectivity is just fantastic."
