"The room need a renovation but it was clean. The service is ok. Much better at their restaurant. The check in is very bad organised and the staff is unfriendly. We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. "We had a good stay because the hotel has provided us with a nice room, well equipped, good bedding. Great pool and sauna layout. Excellent breakfast buffet and we love the quicky but nice design elements in the hotel. Staff are tops and accommodating."
