"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Great ski in /out property. Clean and sufficient for our short stay snowboarding holiday. Rooms are a good size with all you need."

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

Well worth a stay for holiday

"Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, room was very clean and beautiful views, with tea &coffee in rooms, well maintained mini fridge, offering use of umbrella when raining. Free tea&coffees, and snacks of popcorn and some sweets in rest area in lobby. Outside sun terrace with free soft drinks, tea &coffee. Very good position on walk way of lake. Easy access to garage parking lots of room and organised with allocated spot for duration of stay. "
