Security was on point. - The pool could have been maintained better. - Seem the servers for the breakfast worked hard and did there best in providing the best guest experience. I was not happy with the service the last day. But I understood no fault to the server. Management could have been better at making sure things were running smooth."

"La Concha Resort is packed with great amenities (I.e. pools, hot tube, beach, in-house club, bars, casino and restaurants. The food is delish, the views are amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful."

The carpet could use updating and the room had a bit of a different smell to it (not musty, but damp...hard to explain) and the balcony door would stick a bit opening and closing. But it was a wonderful place to stay with good food options. We spent a good amount of time at the 5'o Clock Somewhere Bar. By far the best staff and service!! "
