If you have a short stay, this is in my opinion, not where to stay. For the cost, you might as well enjoy the hospitality of a nice hotel not the apartment.

My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent.
Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising.
No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception or staff for the apartment in the lobby. To check in or ask a question, I had to text a contact person who took hours to respond. This is unacceptable and very stressful.
Poor Building Conditions: The common hallways have no air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot and stuffy.
Unsanitary Bathroom: Worst of all was the bathroom. It had a persistent, foul odor that made the entire apartment unpleasant. This was a major hygiene concern.
Save your money and book elsewhere. This place does not deliver on its promises and the lack of service and cleanliness is a serious problem.

One of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. We booked what was advertised as a luxury penthouse on the 24th floor but were instead placed on the 3rd floor in a different building. Worse was the shocking condition of the apartment. The master bathroom had soap scum, human pubic hair on the shower glass and visible urine on the toilet seat. The toilet was also not functioning properly. We immediately complained and left for approximately two hours so they could clean. We returned to find NOTHING had been done. We were so disgusted and had so little confidence in their cleanliness that we purchased disinfectant and spent nearly two hours cleaning the apartment ourselves. Despite all of this, the property refused our request to cancel the remaining nights without charge. Hotels.com became involved and we documented everything with photographs. A completely unacceptable experience that consumed valuable time from our family vacation. I cannot recommend this property.
