The room was excellent. However a bit noisy during the day as it was overlooking the Opera house. Very spacious. A suggestion though is that the bath tub should have a shower curtain as otherwise the floor gets wet. The breakfast setting was idyllic in the central foyer. With the ancient Frangipani trees. Great service!

Family trip

The hotel location and the room were great: large, historic, clean. Breakfast were good. However, the checked in was not smooth, they charged extra fee $15/day because my daughter is 12 years old that is how your website show children age is from 0-17 years old. We booked the same and stayed at Vinpearl had no extra charge.

Since it was a cheap room, I got a room right behind the air conditioner. It was noisy all day and I couldn't sleep well. The room wasn't very clean, with hairs still lying around, but other than that it was generally good. The location is excellent, so I think I'll spend more on the room next time I stay.
