    "Hotel is virtually brand new: the hotel complex opened only two years ago. Location is excellent with the subway system (and the accompanying stores and restaurants) within an easy five minute walk. There’s even an 7-eleven super conveniently next to the lobby, and its entrance doesn’t require exposure to the brutal elements at the peak of winter and summer. Rooms are well insulated from noise and thermal extremes. Staff are wonderfully polite and accommodating. Highly recommended. 10 out..."

    "Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting..."
