Stay was great, food was not!
Staff: The staff of this hotel was very pleasant to interact with and they were very accommodating. They let me check - in early as I arrived early in the morning, with a fee of course. Food: When it came to the food section, it was not a great experience. The day I arrived and went for breakfast, there was not much to relish but the staff was kind enough to get me a plate of noodles. But the next day, the menu did not look great either. It looked like they were some left overs. My experience with the food was not great. Ambiance: It was pleasant and nice. As far as the ambiance is concerned, it was worth the money

Great value close to airport.
We always stay at the Radiant resort and spa near the airport, when we first arrive in Bali and when we depart, the free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a must for us. The pools are very welcoming as is the breakfast which had a good variety of foods to choose from. Will definitely stay again, see you next year.

We stayed here our first night in Bali, it was a great pit stop before we went on to our destination. We were very happy with our stay & wouldve stayed longer had we not already had reservations elsewhere & would go back.

we were promised pick up from Domestic Terminal, no-one arrived we found out later shuttle went to International, we spoke to the desk the day prior and stated domestic pick up. Used a taxi to get to hotel was charged $30 AUS should have been $3 AUS the front desk didn't want to know about it.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle, transition room meant we got to relax and shower before our flight. Rooms need an update but are clean and comfortable.

The pool we like, the service not OK cause you cannot order food after 10:00 o'clock in the morning some food is yummy but some food not nice, the room not so quite,because the door have a big gap the bed is thumbs up for us,the toilet not working properly and it need to have a good painter.

My family and I stayed here for one night as our flight arrived late at night. We got a courtesy pick up from the airport which was great however we were really disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. The shower towels had stains, the quilt on the spare bed was filthy and unwashed, stains on the curtains,the shower was mouldy, basin cracked, wallpaper coming off the walls and all surfaces were well overdue a clean. The pool area is in disrepair and we didn't take our children as the underwater pool light had exposed electrical wire. I would not stay here again or recommend if cleanliness is something you require.

Stayed for 4 hours, very cheap. No towels in room provided, room had a dank smell that perfume resolved. Airport transfer at 8, but then not arranged. Taxi booked and covered by hotel, left 40 mins later. Disappointed as I then was rushed with no time to have dinner at the airport. Get what you pay for. For transit its fine

Excellent service from collection from the airport to check in and out. Beautiful friendly staff. We booked for 2 adults and 2kids but room only slept 3 really.

The main reason I choose this hotel was for the airport pickup. After a long flight I wanted to get to the hotel easily. The driver did not show up. The number I was given to contact driver in case of a problem was off. I had to pay extra to take a cab and when I arrived at hotel I was told he driver was at airport even though the hotel also could not contact the driver!

Bali relaxing trip
Good hotel with reasonable rate. Hotel provided free shuttle pick up and dropoff (have to wait for sometimes to be picked up from international terminal), on site restaurant meeting my expectation. No hairdryer in the room, room feel a little humid.

Overall good, only once complaint...
Free airport shuttle was great, the check in process was easy, staff very friendly, and breakfast spread is AMAZING. My only complaint was not having hot water in to shower.

Convenient location to the airport, Kuta Beach and Legian Street. Simple clean property with friendly staff. Only minor issue this time is that staff forgot to put towels in the bathroom. Bigger issue is that bathroom floor flooded after the shower was used twice. Drain needs cleaning.

The reception was very pleasant and helpful. We did have to call to get our shuttle transportation form the hotel which set us back a bit, for sleeping.
