"A simple, budget-friendly hotel that has everything you need for a short stay. It’s a convenient place to stop and freshen up before a flight, and the free shuttle service was a great bonus that we really appreciated. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. That said, the hotel is generally quite worn down, and the rooms could definitely do with some modernising. We also noticed ants in the water that was provided, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for something affordable and convenient, but don’t expect anything too polished."

"Breakfast was good, good selection and very friendly staff . My room was overlooking the street but was not very noisy which was good."

"Over all the properly was very good, very nice breakfast & beautiful pools. Check-in was horrible, we had 3 rooms one was available 1h before Check-in the second room I had to chase up and we checked in 30min past the check-in time. The third room wasn't available until 2.5h past the check-in time without any explanation. I had to ask for the management to explain what had happened without any explanation he extended checkout time for that room by 3h and organised a transfer to our next hotel. Majority of the staff on the floor was very helpful and good but not the check-in stuff. They need to improve the communication skills to the guests as specialy when guests pay top dollar for the stay."

"Great location, pool area, bars and restaurants great. The only downside was the beach and sea from the property, full of litter and plastic bottles."

"The property is well maintained. Room was super clean and daily room cleaning is a nice thing to have. Breakfast buffet was awesome and had lots of options to choose from. Most importantly the staff was lovely and very friendly. Location is also great, near to beach where you can either walk or take the hotel shuttle. All in all the stay was incredible at Courtyard."

"Their is nothing bad to say at all, our experience was amazing, resort was one of the best we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot, pool was gorgeous, staff were amazing made lots of new friends, my daughter is still crying, didn't want to leave, breakfast, pool side cocktails, lunch and dinner were all excellent, entertainment from bingo to live dance and music was beautiful, lots of dining, shopping walking distance from resort, every staff member went out of their way to assist with anything we needed, even let us check out from our room at 6pm due to our late flight, Bintang thank you for everything you have done for us, We will be back very soon Thank you once again"

"We had a great stay at Hilton Bali. Bit further out in nusa dua but plenty of travel options to get around. Hotel was clean and tidy, safe and had good dining options like the beachfront restaurant where you can dine with your toes in the sand. Good private beach to swim at as well. The setting and views are incredible so would recommend to all"

"Stayed one night and the standard room was excellent The hotel was very good with restaurant and a large pool Please be aware that the shuttle service offered is not complementary and cost around $ 8. Difficult to walk to the Hilton because of the road system. I understand that there is a closer Novotel which can be easily walked"

"We managed to score an amazing deal during school holidays so was thinking maybe it was too good to be true but no we were super impressed with the Hard Rock Hotel. Room was clean and spacious. We loved the pool area where they had so many activities for kids but also areas adults could chill. Happy hour cocktails and mocktails plus super friendly staff. We were doing an anniversary celebration plus our son’s 14th birthday and the hotel went above and beyond with a cake for each celebration aswell as singing happy birthday to him. Would definitely recommend and stay again - thanks for a great holiday! "
