"Our stayed was very short due to a flight cancelation and the hotel wasn't able to accommodate or refunds two days we didn't use. Bali is a developing country, where you will see a LOT of stray cats and dogs where they obviously look sick. I would love to hilton bali to spay and neuter those dogs by the beach, if you are a pet lover you will feel very discourage to enjoy the stay while they are hungry begging for food. I took an excursion to waterfalls places suggested by the hotel Taxi. I wish i didn't do that, i wouldnt suggest. "

"Staff went above and beyond all the time !! Food was great and lots of places to eat. Pools are very nice. Very expensive for anything on the resort. There was minimum spends just to sit at the pool which deters a lot of people. Minimum spends when going to eat in restaurants too. We will not stay here again due to the minimum spends at pool and restaurants. Beach is not useable at all, it is so dirty."

"Ayodya Bali Resort is true reflection of Balinese culture and humility. It is mesmerising in its architecture and cultural heritage is weaved into its every nook and corner. We stayed there during the Nyepi Day and we didn’t feel like there was anything lacking. The respect to guests as well as local culture was equally measured and balanced. My kids absolutely loved the spacious kids club, the swimming pool and the swings. We really loved the Indian restaurant food. Rooms are really comfortable. Staff are really nice and it was good to hear that some of them have been working at the property since its inception. All in all, a great experience. Would love to go back. "

"We highly recommend pampering yourself and staying here!! Our villa was beautiful and very well maintained. I loved the pool with the pretty plants and open concept including the indoor/outdoor living space. The staff were so kind and gracious, taking care of us the whole time. I got sick while there and they were so great at checking in on me. As an added bonus, if you like shopping for unique clothing as much as I do, guests staying there get a 15% discount next door at TStore. I'm so pumped about the pieces I bought!! Beautifully made and some from local designers. "

"The best part of staying at the “express” is that the resort is right next door and we could go to the amazing spa and restaurant and consult the concierge. It felt like a very safe clean hotel at a very reasonable price near everything you could want."

"Honestly the only good thing about Hard Rock is the pool area. Kids loved that as they would any pool. The rest is outdated. The entire set up and trek to get to breakfast/pool/outside is a mission in itself. Do not rate the place for the money spent"

"Property quite old and used, hallway carpets look horrible. Furniture in rooms also very used, but spacious rooms. Staff is lovely and location is convenient."
