La gentilezza di Claudio e sua moglie è stata molto apprezzata, sono delle brave persone che amano molto quello che fanno e si vede. Colazione molto buona: sono vegana e mi hanno riservato ciò che volevo mentre il mio fidanzato ha amato i pasticciotti che poi siamo andati a comprare 🤩 abbiamo seguito i loro consigli su mare e cibo e non abbiamo sbagliato un colpo....

"Esperienza fantastica! La struttura ci è piaciuta moltissimo: pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. È ideale per chi viaggia in famiglia: i bambini hanno adorato il letto a castello e si sono goduti tantissimo la colazione a buffet. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima a Gallipoli, e la comodità del parcheggio privato è un vero punto di forza. Consigliatissimo!"

"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. "Overall, we had a good stay at Conchiglia Azzurra. The rooms are fairly modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained, making for a pretty comfortable stay. The staff were always courteous and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One suggestion that would significantly improve the guest experience would be to include beach access amenities with the room. Offering each room one beach umbrella and two loungers for the duration of the stay—similar to what Le Dune provides—would be a welcome addition. When you’re already paying a premium to stay at the hotel, it’s a bit disappointing to have to pay extra each day for an umbrella and loungers. Including these as part of the room rate would add great value and make the overall experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Conchiglia Azzurra, especially if this small improvement were considered."

"There is no bar or restaurant on the property, the rooftop breakfast was not good at all and it isnt open for lunch or dinner and serves nothing but a breakfast which was to be honest very disappointing. The bar is all set up, but its not open. I dont know if they set up things just to get a 4 star status, and then just shut them down. All in all this hotel is excellent if you just want a clean place to sleep, but far from 4 star property. Its actually a 3 star max. It has a lot of potential, but its been mis managed. Staff is great. But you can just choose a 3 star place and youd get better value for money"
