There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible this place and this staff are. We were cared for in ways we never expected and healed in ways we didn’t know were possible. This was easily the best, most transformative trip of my life and we are already planning when we can come back. There’s nowhere in the world like Nomade Tulum.

The staff were nice and tried their best to accommodate. However, the solutions were not the best, being that we had issues constantly. The rooms had mosquitoes due to the doors not closing all the way. Any neighbors sounded so loud, we had many issues with the guest next door that ruined the trip. There isnt much to do in tulum and most places are abandoned and dirty.

Nomad is actually close to you actually are staying with Be Tulum. Be Tulum was a very nice hotel but there is hardly anyone staying there. Free breakfast was delicious but drinks were pricier. $25 usd for a mimosa. I’d recommend staying and eating elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience at Nomade. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The food served at their restaurants are all delicious, the drinks are well made. The parh to your room is surrounded by nature, and all very private. The daily yoga is so peaceful, and our favorite experience was definitely the Temazcal ritual! We highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful property that felt luxurious yet not pretentious. Food was excellent and loved the cappuccino smoothies! We stayed in a suite that had a private plunge pool and it was gorgeous! Staff went above and beyond with making sure we had everything that we needed and made our room spotless every day.
