it's actually is a condominium unit or timeshare. The registration process was a little complicated but the property itself is beautiful. The roof top pool was a nice treat. There's construction going on next-door but it's not very intrusive. Be wary of the route that Google Maps gives you to get to the Hotel. One goes through some questionable neighborhoods with dirt streets, the other is very direct.

Hotel is still being built as well as area so still has few years until completion. Room was nice but awful sulfur sewage smell coming from bathroom which made it unbearable to be in the room. Much better options in the area at same exact price if not better.

El edificio y el departamento están bastante bien, si bien el ascensor no funcionaba el resto estaba en buenas condiciones. El principal problema es que la calle está rota por y hay construcciones alrededor de la propiedad, el camino es de tierra y piedras y hay basura.
