We spent a week at Sana Boutique Hotel in Tulum for our honeymoon and had a really lovely time. The hotel is right by the beach, with that beautiful blue water just a few steps away. We had an amazing couples' vacation at Sana Hotel in Tulum and couldn't be happier with our experience! The food was also a highlight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We stayed at the Sana Tulum Beachfront Boutique Hotel for three nights, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay! The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of many popular restaurants and shops. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. The beach was well-maintained and free of seaweed, unlike other hotels nearby. The food was delicious—I highly recommend the burrata pizza, and the Layla burger was fantastic! The bar offers a good variety of traditional cocktails as well as house specialties. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Sana Tulum!

Beautiful property. The staff were absolutely fantastic! There is not a need that you might have that the staff will not tend too. John and Adna will do everything to make sure your stay is fabulous. This property is further down in hotel zone, quiet, clean, and the staff will park the car for you. Absolutely beautiful rooms. The beds were not comfortable to me but they did add extra padding for comfort which did help. There is a closet for your clothes but no dressers. They provide you with all the toiletries. Definitely a 10/10. Absolutely stunning property and awesome staff.

Sana Tulum was absolutely beautiful. We came here for a wedding (at a different hotel) and decided to stay here to get away from the crowd, as we wanted to make this our mini moon since we recently got married in March! Rooms were updated, cleaning service came twice a day. They were very kind and accommodating - the food was good (get the burrata pizza and the fish tacos!). Very very clean and the workers are constantly moving throughout to ensure it's clean and habitable. Bugs weren't too bad - obviously bring your bug spray! Sofía, Joss, Jonh & Anda Were incredible and greeted us daily, making sure we were satisfied with the service. The seaweed was present but out of the hotels control - they had workers outside day in and day out removing it from the beach. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Honestly, great for photos and aesthetic - we hired professional photographers through the hotel and didn't even have to leave the hotel to take photos since there was so much to see! The photographers were INCREDIBLE by the way!! (Pedro & Anaurora). We loved it here and would return again in the future. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Me and wife stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We are highly recommending Sana Hotel. We definitely consider returning to this place as All aspect of this resort was excellent. From overall service to food. Rooms and design is amazing. Every corner is spotless and clean. We tried most of the food option and not even once we had a Mediocare dish. Pablo by the beach gave us a great and pleasant service. Alexis at concierge was very helpful. We have no negative comment. Might me helpful to Mention all the prices are very reasonable. The hotel opened just recently in November 2024. Some of the rooms were still under construction to be finished just in time for the main season. There was however no disturbance through the works. The rooms are super nice with modern yet cozy furniture! The direct access to the beach is amazing and the beach club is equipped with a great bar, comfortable sun beds and seating options. The food is amazing as well! Only things that I would criticize: lack of parking (you need to park on public parking lot 150m away which is 400 pesos - 20€/ day). Also there would be the need for additional hooks in the rooms to hang stuff as well as a second bed table.
