Quality hotel, large room and bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to bus stop, train not so close. Eating limited depending on taste. Some are cashless which can be inconvenient. Outer areas like China town in walking distance if you can bear the heat. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant looked good but it might have been better to offer Breakfast. Going out to eat in the evening is a major part of a trip and unless it's raining heavily most people would eat out .

Friendly staff, and well located

Stay was good ; and I appreciated the air conditioning though like most hotels, how to operate it was still bewildering. The hotel was fine, though the bed was on wheels so sitting down did mean it moved somewhat surprisingly. Staff were friendly and welcoming. If I could suggest a couple of improvements: hand towels would be welcome, and making sure towels are in good condition - some were a bit well worn.

A great comfortable modern hotel in the city centre. The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. I liked the modern design of the room, with a glass door for the bathroom. The staff were helpful and arranged to have our heavy suitcases taken up to our room. Would happily return!

1st Singapore visit

I had an amazing experience from check in to check out. I unfortunately lost the note with the receptionist that checked me in on the night I arrived (7 Oct 2024), but she was amazing. I was sorry that she had a few days off during my stay. I loved talking with her and she was EXTREMELY helpful. The other staff were helpful but it was something about her personality that made my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again. This was my first time traveling to Singapore and didn't know what to expect, but always made to feel welcomed.
