Nice property. Clean. Mattresses need to be replaced. Blackout shade would not go all the way down so light was coming in all night. AC worked well.

Terrible experience they had bed bugs had to escalate my complaint all the way to corporate because the local staff could care less.

Plenty of parking was available. I was greeted at the desk quickly and politely. I was unfortunately charged a second time apparently and I don’t understand that so I will be disputing the charge. Wish there was a way through Expedia to handle this but no. Will not be staying here at TRU Hilton again due to the double charge and the fact they let people be loud and play pool downstairs until midnight. Staff need to set limits to the nonsense or good people with good money will stop frequenting the hotel.

We booked this last minute and they didn't disappoint. Hotel was nice and clean. Walked in and was helped right away. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. We will be staying here next time.

Beautiful property with nice decor. Great customer service. Negatives are there is no microwave in the rooms and no ice buckets. Ice machines and buckets are only on 2 floors of the hotel.
