"Nice room, ok breakfast. The pool is nice but it’s in the shade in the late afternoon so not great for sunbathing. "

"The location was great. I didn’t like there was a conference so we didn’t have access to the bar and eat the food that was expected. The pool bar was ok except for the smell coming out the drain. The staff was friendly."

"There was one specific front desk person who was amazing, he always greeted us with a smile even when we had to reset our keys like 1,000 times. He made our stay worth it. If you have an electric mobility scooter their shuttle to universal will not be able to accommodate it. Luckily with them being so close to the park it was okay to just drive the scooter itself to the parks. Just know you will have to figure something else out for transporting it to and from the parks :) They have one shuttle leaning around 8 am and coming back around 5:30 no other options are available at the time of our stay."
