"I dont usually do negative reviews, but this hotels service was very poor. The hotel itself was lovely, very nice views, very relaxing and calm. HOWEVER! The hotel staff were cowboys. Did not know what is going on. All in their own world. We drive all the way from the UK and had our first stop at this hotel to rest. Our room aircon was making a very strange but loud noise every 10 seconds! (I have a video for evidence). We complained 4 times… 1 to Guest Relations via whatsapp, 3 times in person....
