"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. We didn’t get great...

"Really great stay. Service is excellent, food is varied and plentiful with ice cream wadfle bar available during the day and a la carte lunch restaurants included for lunch. Kids enjoyed kids club and made lits of friends. Would definitely come back. "
