"The room was perfect, spacious and clean with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was cleaned while we were out and the hot chocolate chip cookies were the best touch. Hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. The staff, especially Malaysia at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but not terrible a little pricey though. You do need a rental car here though, nothing is in walking distance but we found driving in Pittsburgh fairly easy. We liked the location to the Penguins Arena and to many of the sites!! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!!"

"The room had everything I needed and was perfect for my son with disabilities. The bathroom was clean and I appreciated the handicapped support bars. I wished there were more and heavier blankets for us. We were cold at night. "
