"Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights, in Pittsburgh, for a family members wedding. We booked a Studio Suite. When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view.
