When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view. We even had our own private outdoor sitting area. The Front Desk Agent was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room.
