"The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!"

"Historic Hotel with Unique suites and a great vibe. Not your traditional hotel but exactly what we were hoping for. The ambiance was perfect both in the hotel and in the Rathskellar Speak Easy in the basement. "

"I felt like the staff judged us based off our skin color. We booked a room at “Force on Fifth” for one night and decided to get it for another 2 nights because its a nice hotel. But after we checked out of the first night we switched rooms the young lady that does housekeeping and works the front desk LITE"

"It was a beautiful view and cabin was updated the only thing the bed was not comfortable. I can only assume it was an older mattress. The food was good at the lodge but they need to update the price on the menus because I was billed differently. "
