8.6/10 Excellent! (1,377 reviews)
Staff appeared to take great pleasure in telling me my room was one of the worst, despite being a premium room. Lower floor room apparently need upgrading. The sofa was marked, laminate on the desk damaged.
I have an ihg account but because I used Expedia the receptionist refused to add it to the account. The refurbed rooms are given to ihg members. Breakfast was disappointing - rolls stale, yoghurt empty, bacon hard.

A classy hotel well located by the Manchester Metropolitan University campus. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is varied and of quality. I would highly recommend this hotel!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
We were in an accessible room. It was brilliant. The bathroom and shower was fantastic. I could do everything myself. The only thing I would suggest is that the shower products be left near the shower and the hand-wash nearer the sink. Great to have all the products there but hard to access from the shower or sink.
The towels were amazing. Great quality and size and it was brilliant having flannels. Not many hotels provide flannels.
The staff were amazing. Always very friendly, opening doors and holding them. I will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

9/10 Wonderful! (1,008 reviews)
Great staff, lovely hotel. Lovely rooms. Very good breakfast. Nice bar.
My only criticism - having stayed there a few times - is that all the rooms I've had there feature the WORLD'S SMALLEST SHOWER!
Anyhow, the nice lady at reception tells me they're due for a refurb, so that's cool.
Would recommend, will definitely stay there again.
