"Royal Palms is nicely located, went for mini reunion with Navy vets and wives. 1st the good…. Staff was great (Becky) very helpful. Best thing about the room… the bed, very comfortable. The bad…. If you notice on the motel pictures and description, the bathroom is omitted. It is barely functional and in some cases, not functional. The sink is tiny with a faucet that is too big to allow use when shaving or brushing teeth. The shower is roomy and very functional. In the one bed rooms, you can literally be sitting on the toilet and have your feet in the shower due to it being that cramped. Our room was better in that we chose a 2 bed room which costs more but had more room. Bottom line, we made it work but I am glad I am male. It was tough on the wives to get ready. BATHROOMS NEED AN OVERHAUL. and at over $1200 for 4 nights (with taxes)…..this will be our only stay here. I will add that we stayed over the St Patrick’s day weekend so the rates were a little higher. Hope this helps….."

"First and foremost, the front office staff is absolutely amazing! Pleasant and happy with a smile every time I saw them. Thanks, ladies! As for the room, it was super clean and fresh, including the floors, the fridge and microwave. Hot water with good pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. and best of all, a super short walk to the beach! This is my new favorite place. Thank you Sandcastle! See you guys next week. "

"We stayed in the family suite. It was clean and very spacious. The beds were amazing 👏. The pool was warm. The property was clean and safe. Parking is very limited but convenient. The Breakfast is actually decent with some healthy options. Staff is always amazing too! We've been staying here for years !! Beach access super easy to get to."

"We had a 4th floor room and had a complete ocean view. Everything was very nice. My only complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty low. Check in was great the manager gave us an upgrade and a lot of info for the area.Check out was easy, just a call and leave your keys in the room and you're on your way."

"Vert disappointing stay. The unit was clean but very rundown. There were rocks in the washing machine I had to remove before using it. They want all the dishes clean before leaving but there were no dishtowels or wash rags in the kitchen. The rug was very frayed and the corners did not stay down creating a trip hazzard that was hard to avoid. The TV did not work the entire 2 days we were there. Parking is a nightmare you must be able to park in very tight spaces and we were often blocked and had to ask others to move their car. The location is great and with a decent paint job new flooring and ceiling tiles it could be a nice place. Definitely not worth the price we spent. The heated pool is a pool with a solar cover. BUYER BEWARE."
