"The room had flooded near the door following a storm, the bathtubs were peeling and the drains were rotted and jagged, the downstairs bathroom only had lukewarm water and the upstairs was hot enough to scald a child despite the sign stating it was a safety shower, the microwave did not work at all and its outlet was not attached to the wall allowing cold air to enter the room. The beds upstairs are also incredibly dangerous for families with small children as they are right next to the railing with only 10” from the top of the bed to the top of the railing. This room was the single worst part of our trip and I no longer trust the hotels.com descriptions."

"The property was very convenient because it is attached directly to the mall and you can walk right in without a problem. That is why we booked there. However, it was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on and it’s very hard to get housekeeping there as is most places so it’s disappointing to not have a clean room."
