Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless — floors, linens, bathroom, everything was well maintained. The décor has character, without sacrificing comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities worked as expected (air conditioning, hot water, etc.). It felt like a place where someone cares. Staff / Service: The staff were exceptional. From front-desk greetings to recommendations for dinner, they were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to accommodate small requests and made everything easy.
