Candace shared discount information for a local eatery and welcomed our grandchildren like family. The holiday decorations were festive and fun. We had a lovely Christmas visit although the weather was frightful. Thank you."

"I upgraded to the hotel tub room when I got to the hotel. They were very accommodating. The lady at the desk was VERY friendly and super sweet! The room was okay.. I was not able to use the hot tub because it was really late when we got back to the hotel from the casino (the reason for our trip) and I went to get in the hot tub, I started to fill it up and there was this greenish/brown film on top of the water. I felt the bottom on the tub and it was very slimy and slippery. I just couldn’t get it in. I told the lady in the am when checking out and she gave me my money back for the upgrade which i thought was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Very accommodating and very nice! The customer service was exceptional!"
