"Room was very clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were excellent and I slept well. Bathroom clean and worked well. Breakfast was good. The bagels were hard and dried out. No microwave in breakfast area to warm them. Breakfast area clean, I had eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee. I would stay there again."

"Overall it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great by no means. Maybe a fresh coat of paint or a deep clean would help. The hotel isn’t modern, but the staff is was nice. Breakfast was decent . Same menu options both days but fresh fruit made it better."

"Front desk were not too friendly and were simply unwilling to assist in any given issue. Property is rundown. I ended up leaving after 1 night and moving to another hotel. This is not what i expected from an Embassy suites and will thonk twice about staying at another Embassy suites in the future."

"The staff was very friendly; which is always a plus. Even when my flight was delayed and arrived at 3AM, they were going to send the driver. It's a nice atmosphere in the hotel. I liked the availability of so many charging ports of varying types for all of my devices. I didn't get breakfast, but it was available. Good job. "

"A lot of the buttons in our suite to control the lights, curtains, etc. did not work. Staff was great. The floors in the restroom and bathroom could have been a lot more cleaner esepically considering we were in one of the most expensive suites."
