"Passamos muito calor. Ar condicionado nao funcionou de acordo e o frigobar q deveria ter para ao menos gelar agua, não funcionou. Informamos a recepcao, porem disseram nao poder fazer nada. Cafe da manha nao foi de todo ruim, mas toda hr tinha q pedir algo como prato, guardanapo, café. Senhora da recepcao ate q tem boa vontade, mas nao nos trocou de quarto, mes.o sendo informada q estavamos sofrendo com o calor.
