Beautiful room and view throughout the property. Unfortunately the room was not always cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was dust, hair, and other unknown matter under the night stands on each side of the bed which were not cleaned for the entirety of our trip making it apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The villa itself had a gorgeous view, absolutely breathtaking. Staff were incredibly kind.

A Perfect Private Retreat for Couples in Ubud Impiana Private Villas Ubud was one of the highlights of our Bali trip and easily one of the most comfortable and relaxing places we stayed. The entire property is incredibly peaceful and beautifully maintained. Each villa is completely private and standalone, which gives you a wonderful sense of privacy and makes it especially perfect for couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway in Ubud. One of my favourite parts of the stay was breakfast. There was a great selection of food, everything we tried was delicious, and you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the property's own beautiful rice terraces. It was such a relaxing way to start each morning. The facilities throughout the resort are excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive. They seemed to notice the little things and genuinely made us feel very well looked after without ever being intrusive. After spending our days exploring Bali, coming back to such a peaceful and private villa was something we really looked forward to. I would highly recommend Impiana Private Villas Ubud to couples looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable and private while still experiencing the beautiful atmosphere of Ubud. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and I would happily stay here again on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay at the Impiana Ubud. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staffs and refreshing welcome drink. Our villa was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the public pool with the stunning view of the river flowing through the valley. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay memorible. We will definitely be back here again next time we visit Ubud.

My and my girlfriend had an amazing time. Staff is great and very helpful. I enjoyed the gym and the pools. Just be prepared to walk a lot of stairs or you may call the front desk and request a buggy for transportation.

Amazing large property! Stunning views! Great service! Rooms were beautiful and well cared for.Such kind and professional staff who are extremely attentive. I had an amazing stay here. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt right. I booked a private garden villa with a pool, and honestly, it felt like it was made for a king—peaceful, private, and just the kind of space you want when you’re celebrating something special. I came here for my 50th birthday, and the whole experience made it even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely warm—nothing felt forced, just real, kind people who made you feel taken care of. One thing I really appreciated was how clean everything was. Like, spotless. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The gym is on the smaller side, but it has all the essentials, so I was still able to get my workouts in without a problem. Overall, I left feeling happy, relaxed, and completely satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely come back again.

Impiana sits down an alley off the main road in Ubud, marked by a single sign, easy to drive past if you're not paying attention. It's alongside the Amandari, Mandapa, and Four Seasons along the Ayung River. Built into a hillside, you get around by golf cart or steep paths, so budget extra time. We booked two Garden Pool Villas for our family of four (couldn't get the family villa), giving us a true villa experience. Traveling end of August, after school started elsewhere, made this more affordable. Beyond our villa pools, three more pools sit on property, including a pretty infinity pool near the spa. It's a jungle setting, so expect insects if you leave food out. Capacity is roughly 130-150 guests, so it felt genuinely private. Breakfast buffet (extra unless included in your rate) was good: an egg station, Indonesian, Indian, and Western dishes, plus pastries, breads, and French toast. Selection is smaller than bigger hotels, but with so few guests we often had the restaurant to ourselves. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. The spa was easy to book, though it's a handful of treatment rooms, not a large complex. WhatsApp made communication easy, and staff arranged our Sanur transfer on request. Grab worked well for Ubud trips, 15-30 min depending on traffic. Great for Ayung River rafting (better for teens/adults than young kids). Bottom line: a quiet, affordable, attentive hillside retreat for slowing down. Adjust expectations and you'll love it.

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights in the private pool villa with valley view. The room was incredible, spacious and clean and serviced twice a day if needed. The staff from the reception, to the restaurant, to the cleaners and gardeners were all extremely friendly and made us feel more than welcome. There wasn’t a single staff member that didn’t greet us with a big smile as we walked past. The reception staff and buggy drivers remembered our names and always were genuinely interested in what we had planned for our days and nights, even remembering our plans the next day and asking how it all went. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everybody!

Prachtig verblijf in Ubud 🌿 Wat een heerlijke ervaring bij Impiana Villa’s Ubud! Wij verbleven in een prachtige kamer met een schitterend uitzicht over de rivier. Het privézwembad maakte het verblijf helemaal compleet, heerlijk om even tot rust te komen en te genieten van de prachtige omgeving. De combinatie van de serene natuur, het mooie uitzicht en de luxe van de villa zorgde voor een onvergetelijk verblijf. Alles voelde sfeervol, ontspannen en bijzonder. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, privacy en een stukje paradijs in Ubud!
