Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Staff was somewhat responsive. They moved us to a quiet room from the initial room allocated which was nice. We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. It took another 20 minutes before we got a scooter. It was nice that they got us the scooter, but communications could be better. We returned late at night and the code no longer worked on our door. We texted the night staff and no response after 5 minutes. As soon as I called though they came down immediately and was able to resolve the issue. The shower wand was not properly connected and it would spray all over the place. The rain shower worked fine. Overall ok place. Didn't get to try the pool.
