オークラニッコーホテルズと提携したと知ったことがきっかけとなり予約をしました。 サヌールにある大型ホテルから移動をしてきたため、最初着いたときは想像していたよりも小規模な感じで少し驚いたのですが、全くもって杞憂で、特にホスピタリティは本当に素晴らしかったです。 家族の誕生日で、ケーキをお願いしたのですが、当日サプライズ的にスタッフの皆さんも一緒にお祝いしてくださり、大変に思い出深く忘れられない1日となりました。 また30分のマッサージがサービスで宿泊プランに付いていたのですが、よくある様な感じで軽く体験的にしてくれるだけかと思っていたら、最初のティーサービスから始まって、マッサージも本格的で気持ちが良かったので、改めて滞在中に90分の全身のバリマッサージをお願いしました。 王宮やモンキーフォレストも徒歩圏内です。 スタッフの皆さんは本当に親切であたたかいですし、今回スイートだったからかもわかりませんが、アフタヌーンティーや、お部屋のフルーツや夕方のお菓子のサービスもありました。 もし要望があるとすれば、ビーチサンダルはあっても良いのですが、鼻緒が痛いのでスリッパがあると有り難いです。あと全身の姿見があるといいなと思いました。 水道設備がレトロな感じで工夫がいるところもありましたが、今度行くときはぜひ滞在日数を伸ばして行きたいと思える素敵なホテルでした。

It is truly a very good hotel with 4.5 stars. But there’s still a bit more to do to become 5 stars. It is extremely charming with its own characters. But small details need to work on. 몽키포레스트,피손, 코코수퍼마켓 등에 가까운 위치인데 호텔 내부에 들어서면 분위기가 확 달라져 좋았습니다. 5성급 중에서도 매우 저렴한 가격인데, 오전 오후 무료 액티비티, 무료 애프터눈 티, 조식, 수영장, 헬스장 등이 다 잘 갖춰져 있고 매일 저녁 쿠키와 초콜릿도 가져다 줍니다. 직원들이 모두 다 너무 친절합니다. 하루 세 번 우붓 시장으로 무료 셔틀도 가능합니다. 다만 빌라에 머물렀는데 개미가 많아요.

Pros- excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast with vegetarian options( they made veg noodles for me separately), quiet and safe place in the city, display of Bali culture within the premises. Totally enjoyed our stay Cons- a bit outdated rooms, had a very noisy family in the adjacent villa which was a bit annoying. The receptionist was telling me they had upgraded our room while we paid and booked for this. When pointed out, she apologised. didn’t offer any upgrade options though eligible Overall a good hotel and would book again definitely

Lovely peaceful hotel, amazing staff!

Lovely hotel! I had such a great stay at the start of my Bali trip that I stayed at Plataran again for a few days at the end of my trip. It feels like you’re in the countryside surrounded by gorgeous lush green rice fields and nature, with stunning views from the glorious pools, gym, restaurant and rooms, yet it’s walkable to shops and restaurants and right in Ubud city center. This is the perfect place for yoga lovers as it’s 4 min walk to The Yoga Barn! The staff were all super friendly, kind, attentive and helpful and went over and above to prepare healthy vegan and GF foods for me and make sure I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

ホテル構内の景色は美しく癒されました。 対応くださったホテルのスタッフもどなたも親切で優しかった。 外出しなくてもホテル内でも十分に楽しめます。 ただ、ビラは少々古く、木材が湿った特殊な臭いもありました。空間消臭剤かアロマディフューザーがあればいいのですが。蚊帳はあって便利ですが、何年か使っているせいで汚れや血などあって汚いです。定期的に交換してクリニーングに出せたらと良いです。

Could be amazing but just isn’t. Grounds are very pretty and staff are friendly, but it falls down from there. Stained bedding, bathroom sink leaking all over the floor on check in (which clearly is a regular issue given the water damage to the pipe cover), no apology for this until breakfast the morning I left with an offer to extend my stay, bathroom definitely needing a refurb, previous guests e cig cartridges left on the bedside table, gym equipment in a pretty poor state with the bench very unstable so not safe. Tried to use the complementary spa voucher but failed - despite being told I could use it for a facial, on arrival at the spa I was told I couldn’t and it would be chargeable. Laundry service supposed to be back by 7pm but arrived the next morning at 9am. One of the biggest issues is that the hotel just doesn’t feel like it has a central area to sit, have a drink or just be around other guests. Attempted to get a drink at one of the bars in the grounds and nobody turned up to serve me. The only exception is the Enclave bar which is open to the public by the main road - staff here are great and the environment is really nice. Too many failures for the price. I would avoid unless it’s below £100 per night.

Good hotel, staff was all great. The hotel is a bit dated - condition of rooms etc is more like a 4 star. But service is great, pools are nice, overall nice little haven if you want to be in the centre of Ubud. Private path to yoga barn is a huge pro if you’re frequenting the studio. Overall would stay again.

The location is quite close to the center of Ubud. We enjoyed walking to all shops and restaurants after visiting the Monkey Sanctuary which was less than 10 minutes away by foot. You get the Bali city vibe throughout Ubud, but as soon as I walk into Plataran grounds, I'm surrounded by rice fields and high greens. It felt like a sanctuary of its own. Every single staff was friendly and trying to help before I even realized I needed help. It made our Ubud stay a very pleasant one.

I loved everything about Bali and this property. There are fountains and beautiful trees, flowers and views at every corner. The people are so friendly and the rooms are clean with outstanding views. The spa here is so good that I went almost every day while here. I highly recommend!
