It is an amazing Hotel with a delicious breakfast and very friendly and kind staff. The hotel has a transport service to Ubud center 3 times per day for free. If you need a hotel in Ubud, stay in the Mansion Resort Hotel and Spa. It was wonderful!!

Lovely resort in Ubud

Amazing retreat style resort in Ubud. Only a 10min walk to the centre of Ubud. Beautiful pool and surroundings. Second stay here and would stay again.

This place is magical! Be aware that they do host retreats that utilize one of the outdoor stages with a PA system for the teacher to speak over sometimes early in the morning but it wasn't terribly loud. I stayed in both the standalone lodge and then moved to another room that was part of the retreat package I came for and both are amazing in their own way.

The property is stunningly beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and non-intrusive. Bali is a hot climate and the air conditioning in the room worked well, the hot water for the shower did not work so well, there is no air conditioning in the lobby/restaurant area but there are a few cooling fans. The hotel has six boutique size swimming pools, absolutely marvellous. The food in the restaurant is quite good, the included breakfasts are very good, way better than what has become standard in North America.

Great stay

Amazing hotel and outdoors area, very impressive. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant looked very nice, the food was okay. The spa treatment was incredible. It was a bit of miscommunication when it came to being picked up by the shuttle bus from the hotel, had to wait 1,5 hours. I would have expected more from a hotel of this class.

Jungle Oasis

Great stay! Was at the mansion in the one bedroom pool villa for two weeks during an Acroyoga teacher training. Was gorgeous setting, cool shala training spaces, so many pools and just felt like this amazing oasis of tranquility. The spa was great. Had an amazing deep tissue massage after my 36 hours of flying from Texas. I would definitely stay again !

Originally the front desk placed us near refurbishment. After we asked them to assist with construction noise while taking a nap, they immediately upgraded us to an incredible suite. Excellent customer service!
