The hotel was fine but hotels.com made an error with my booking and hotel though I was checking out after two nights. Reall not good enough

3 Day Stay

Lovely architecture of building but lacking in amenities. Towels are old and worn out, why not replace? No pool service, no towels (towels again). No food in hotel, just minimal breakfast service with instant coffee. Would not stay again. Next to airport so location OK if have an early flight.

very nice and classy hotel

If you want a hotel right next to the airport, this is it! I love the deluxe rooms! It has windows everywhere and the concept of the hotel and its rooms are just breath taking!

Correct pour une nuit avant ou après un vol

Très bon hôtel pour être proche de l'aeroport. Belle piscine. Accueil peu sympathique en fonction d'après midi. Mais la personne du soir et du matin très bien.nous à proposé un petit déjeuner à emporter puisque notre vol était tôt. Navette gratuite vers l'aeroport en 4 mn. Pour se restaurer une cuisine bonne et propre de rue à 500m

Great hotel, friendly staff.

My girlfriend and I stayed here after a visa run. The hotel is beautiful with an amazing rooftop pool and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were happy and friendly although they had limited English. The lady on reception was very welcoming with excellent English. Dinner was a bit of a let down as they served me the wrong dish and food took around 45 mins to arrive. They also did not have many items on the menu which was disappointing as we arrived half way through dinner service. We were also the only people in the restaraunt so these things shouldn't really happen. But in general the room was very quiet, clean and comfortable and a great place to stay to head to the airport the next morning. The breakfast buffet was great and free airport shuttle a welcome bonus. I would recommend it to anyone who isn't a foody or heavy smoker as smoking wasn't allowed on the small balcony.

Nice hotel, let down by its staff.

We stayed one night after a flight to Udon Thani. The hotel itself it nice and new, clean and comfortable, however it's let down by the staff who have no experience at all, and hardly speak any English. Breakfast was very dull, and I found out after breakfast that I could have had an omellete or Thai hot breakfast cooked for me, however the two breakfast staff were sitting behind a desk on thier phones the entire time I was eating breakfast.

シャワーの浴び方いまいちわからない。 給湯器のスイッチを押しながらしかお湯が出てくれない。 なんて日だ！ 排水口の方に勾配つけてくれよ、逆勾配で立ってる方が排水が溜まってくるよ。 アメニティーダメだね

Perfect!

Loved everything about it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and very clean, the rooftop swimming pool is great and offers a nice view! We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was delicious. Located very near the airport and the free shuttle was perfect!

Överraskande bra och bra läge nära flygplatsen och nära till huvudleden mot Nongbualamphu. Skönt att slippa Udon centrum. Lite svårt att hitta till hotellet första gången, bättre skyltning skulle hjälpa.

Be careful

Hotel was fine. But, while the listing on Hotels.com says that the Deluxe room sleeps three people, you should note that they really mean two and that they will charge you an extra 500 baht per night if you want that third person in the room. This is not fair or reasonable. If it says the room will sleep three, then there should not logically be an extra charge for a third person. Obvious isn't it? Not to hotel management it isn't.
