"Lovely Hotel with some caveats. The positives are the lovely breakfast, the architecture and proximity to the train station. The negatives for me, considering this is an expensive hotel, were; the poor sound insulation of the walls, we had noisy neighbours who stayed up past midnight. The safe battery was flat so didn't work, no tea bags or milk in room just black coffee. Later found out that tea bags and milk are kept in a side room near the lifts. This information could have been relayed at check in. Despite this I give it 4 stars and hope it would be better if we stayed again."

"Nice spacious room and bathroom, much larger than other rooms of the same price I’ve stayed in, including two chairs and a small table, business desk and chair, and a small footstool at the end of the bed is nice when putting on shoes, etc. The breakfast was excellent. It’s also in a part of town that’s close to Bryggen, restaurants, shopping, and ferries.The ONLY downside is it’s a bit of a maze to find your room… elevator up, walk the hall, turn left up a couple more stairs, walk the hall… Still, I would definitely stay here again. It was the nicest hotel of the entire tour. "

"It was a great location with breakfast included- staff was very nice and the rooms were small but wry comfortable for 2 people. It was an amazing stay and thank you to the staff and they were operating on a smaller staff b/c of the strike. But would definitely return"

"Everything was great: communication, estimated fee, and the tram went above and beyond by receiving my delayed luggage to packing an early departure breakfast."

"The room was clean but small, shower has half glass partition which allows water to go everywhere. Bed was comfortable but could have used better pillows."

"Stayed for 3 nights with family.The hotel location is good and close to supermarket and other amenities. It's a 20 minute walk to train station. No tea or coffeemaking facilities in room.In common area were there were facilitaties for coffee and tea,the tray was empty on a lot of occasions and when we asked staff just kept pointing at paid machine which was not very helpful. Self check in works well and also good facilities to store luggage. "
