Top Ulster Folk and Transport Museum Hotel Reviews
The Old Inn Crawfordsburn
10/10 Excellent
"Delightful stay. Wonderful staff. Beautiful hotel. Only (very minor) thing was my room (Wedgewood) didn't have any sockets by bed and only one other spare socket to use, which makes it hard when multiple things needing to charge"
Residence Inn By Marriott Belfast Titanic Quarter
8/10 Good
"We had a very good stay. The staff at check in were great and we arrived a little early but were still able to get into our room. The room was clean and my partner loved the bed. It was a little too firm for me. We did use the kitchen and laundry facilities. However it was a little strange that staff directed us to go through the car park to get to the gym and laundry. We did find an elevator at the other end of the building that got us there without having to navigate the car park. The only disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. The selection was very limited. Felt that they could have added maybe mushrooms, tomatoes and beans to the hot food section and got a better quality orange juice. Don't think that it could have been watered down much more than it already was."

"Quirky"
Culloden Estate & Spa
8/10 Good
"We stayed in a suite which overlooked the water and it was incredible. Beautiful spot, couldn't beat the view. Gym was brilliant, really high quality for a hotel gym, lots of equipment so a proper workout could be done. The spa is also brilliant, clean and well managed with free towels and robes if required. Staff were lovely, building itself was beautiful, food at The Cultra Inn was lovely too. The only BIG let-down is the breakfast. I would firstly assume if spending £470 per night, breakfast would be included. Regardless, for a 5 star hotel I was expecting something with a bit of a WOW factor. Lots of options, maybe an additional set menu offering. Unfortunately the breakfast on show is pretty much identical to what you'd find in a Premier Inn. A very basic hot section and then some fruit and cereal. 2 types of pretty sad cheese and 2 types of cold meats. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, good quality food and more than enough to fill you for the day, but for a 5 star hotel that likes to see itself as being 'premium', the breakfast is a big let down. All in all really great stay though, and the spa is the winner here."
Dobbins Inn
8/10 Good
"Very historic hotel close to the Castle. Breakfast was great but dinner was ho-hum. Nice part of town to explore. Staff was great! One of our parties had room 21 but no paranormal activity experienced."
Clandeboye Lodge Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very pleasant sray very nice breakfast"
Downshire Haven
10/10 Excellent
"The house was generally clean, a little bit of updating is needed to fix a damaged window lock in the back bedroom, treat a patch of damp in the bathroom, and secure a floor strip on one of the doorways. But the house has everything you could reasonably need for a short-medium stay. The location is generally quiet, with quick access to the local high street, and trains into Central Belfast. The host is decent at communicating check-in info, and facilities."
Ashfield Bed and Breakfast

"Brilliant stay, wonderful host"
