"Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "

The rooms could use better beds (a true king size bed instead of 2 twins). The rooms could be beautiful with a bit of tweak in design, "
