"Everything was pretty spectacular, except for one thing: we'd reserved a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. They upgraded our room to the 30th floor with a King bed and rollout double; however, the rollout double was barely big enough for one child so we had to sleep 2 adults and 1 child in the King, which also seemed small for a King and was crowded. A second rollout wasn't allowed, unfortunately. Staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Room was modernly upgraded and the gym was solid, love the 24 hr access. The bathroom door could actually close a bit more securely so other guests don't need to hear or potentially see everything."

"The hotel and staff were amazing. Cute bar at the Post Room as well as a delicious breakfast. Easy access to street cars as well as other transportation. We will happily stay here any time in San Francisco "

"Friendly and helpful staff at this location. My favorite thing was the unforgettable view on the rooftop! Everything was sparkly clean, comfortable bed, refillable water station in the lobby & gym. This location is walking distance to many shopping spaces, restaurants, Lombard street, California street. "
