"It was a smooth trip for me. It was my first trip to CDMX and the property offers a lot inside or very close by until you gain confidence enough to spread out. The room service is very fast and delicious. Learn to greet in Spanish because you will not be ignored. "

"Rooms were clean but if you stay on the street level rooms be mindful of the noise cars that drive over night and also the staff at 6am talking in hallways which woke us up. I have stayed there before and the 2nd level rooms never had issues with noise/ staff talking and making so much noise at 6am. Other than that its a great place but does need a bit of remodeling as they have older TVs. not that many power outlets near bed."

"3 couples 3 rooms, one week. Loved CDMX. Loved the location. Loved the staff. Great value. Good cooked to order breakfast. Downsides. Slimy dark shower. Not enough light for makeup at bathroom mirror. Rooms on Main Street are a little loud. 201 was our best room. Great bed and pillows. Some rooms did not have safes. 201 outlets would not work correctly to fully charge phones. Glad I brought batteries. Bring earplugs and an eye mask just in case. I would certainly stay here again. "

"Room was very clean at arrival and remained that way after cleaning staff came every day. The staff were all incredibly helpful and always welcoming. There were many appliances in the kitchen that made it possible to cook food. Water was always accessible. Air conditioning worked well to cool the room when shades were also put down. "
