"Parking was underground nice pool comfy beds "

"The property is nice and clean and my kids and I had a good time. They swam in the warm pool and generally had fun. However, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and it was very hot at night, so we had to open the window. I didn’t discover this till we were ready for bed. I’d advise travellers to check that they can tune the cooling/heating system immediately after getting into their rooms. Their breakfast (about $17 per person, whether child or adult) buffet didn’t have many options, pork sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruit pastries a yoghurt. The eggs were very dry, yoghurt had gelatin (pork) and of course I couldn’t have the sausages. This left my kids and I to the limited options of pastries and fruit. Having been to hotel’s Sunday brunch twice in the past, I expected their breakfast to be just as nice. I’d advise travellers to avoid the buffet and just order something à la carte!"

"There were allot of transient people in parking lot, parkade was gated, but still felt sketcy. Calling for extra coffee took a few calls & about 30 minutes. Only provided 3 pillows on king size bed, needed another one. Check in staff was not helpful. Pool was amazing once we found it, Four Seasons restraunt & Finns was amazing. "

"We were given a room that wasn't made up which isn't a big deal, it happens. The front desk upgraded our room to a suite for the inconvenience which was nice. Suites with a full kitchen must be a pain to clean and this one wasn't perfect, there was something that looked nasty on one of the cupboard doors. I wiped it, no big deal. The bedding was clean but looked like an old mascara smear on one sheet, again not a huge issue. the shower door seal leaked and looks like it may have caused some water damage to the baseboards. I mentioned this to the front desk. A few minor issues withe room but all in all happy with our stay, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food in the two attached restaurants, "Chop Steakhouse" and "Denny's" was top shelf and again, excellent staff."

"This place was nasty honestly . The staff chewing gum while checking clients in . There was no sign of a breakfast and I’d rather not considering the structure anyway . Parking was abundant but messy with rocks and debris. This must be an unregulated hotel or something I honestly can’t believe it’s systems Saskatoon Saskatchewan regulatory should be investigating this can’t even call it an establishment it was Hindi thrid world in there. Wake up Saskatchewan government this place is full of somethings wrong "

"Hallways to and from pool entrances and exits were not mopped once, the smell of dirty water and chlorine was something else. Our room was okay, had to ask three times for a extra blanket for the hideabed. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the toilet seat was broken, the king size bed sagged in the middle, the outside windows were filfthy. Could do with some TV upgrades including options to sign into Netflix etc, WiFi was slow and spotty, fridge had no knob to select temperature my coffee cream kept freezing, only firm standard size pillows, smelled like burning when heat kicked in. First world problems but I paid $220 a night for the 1 bedroom jacuzzi suite. "
