"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "We stayed two nights ahead of the Brighton Marathon. The room was clean, the bed comfy and the included breakfast was good. Also, it was great that we could have our dog in the room. I was disappointed that the room didn't have a mini fridge, as we had brought some special pre-marathon food which spoiled because it needed to be kept refrigerated. I was also disappointed that we had to pay another £54 for two days' parking at the hotel, on top of the £700+ we'd already paid for bed & breakfast."
