The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a spa retreat with high-end finishes and a powerful shower. Every detail—from the linens to the amenities—added to the feeling of indulgence and relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or valet, every interaction was seamless and welcoming. The location is another major plus. Being in the heart of Houston’s Museum District made it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions, parks, and cultural spots, all within a short distance. "

"We stayed here for one night so we could attend a concert downtown. We got there super early and was allowed to check-in for a minimal fee. The man at the front desk was nice and friendly. The 3 bed comfort room was spacious and clean. This was our second time staying here and we would do it again if need be. "

"The hotel needs remodeling in the rooms. Very outdated "

"The hotel is in a pretty good location but the hotel itself needs some help. You can tell they are in the middle of a renovation. The elevator seems really sus. While we were there, one of the two quick working with a lady stuck for a couple of hours. Our room looked liked it was renovated, but it was very small and tight for 3 people. We did not take part in their breakfast buffet but heard from other guests that it was terrible and not worth the $10 they pre paid for. It did what we needed for our weekend but probably will not choose to stay there again. I will say that their complimentary shuttle driver, David was awesome! He was very kind and drove us to a restaurant and picked us up. He was very courteous and friendly."
