"The staff was SO nice. Zoe especially with telling me about what's to do in the area. Hotel has a rich history, definitely ask the staff about it! Rooms were clean and very nice looking. Water was hot, pressure could be better though. Beds were comfortable but slightly too firm..AC was really cold but easily adjustable. Overall very nice hotel and definitely recommend. A+"

"The hotel did not have any of our type of room available then when they did it was too close to the street and we could hear everything. We spoke with Michael, the front desk manager and he was able to change it for us. It did take a few extra hours of waiting but we got a better room and the service was most memorable only because of Michael. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Everything was great, a/c wasn’t working when we got there and they came up right away and got it fixed. The room was beeeeautiful & the view was absolutely incredible. We were born and raised in Miami but needed a weekend away from the house & this was great for it✨"

"Clean, comfortable stay. Great place to stay rooms were spotless and comfortable. The only small hiccup was check-in: the gentleman in front desk gave very few details about amenities. While waiting for my Uber, I heard another front-desk associate give a much clearer overview to another guest. Not a deal breaker, just a heads-up for consistency. I’d happily stay again."
